🎯 Goal: Assess role fit, impact potential, and alignment with the hiring manager’s needs.

🔍 Questions to Expect

🛠 Background: "Tell me about yourself" → Use a structured TMAT response.
📈 What do you bring to this role? Highlight alignment across:

• Industry experience

• Role-specific skills

• Recent projects & impact

• Metrics you were responsible for

• Cultural fit

🎯 Common Topics:
🚀 Most impactful project – End-to-end execution & key learnings.
🎯 Product strategy – What are 3 things we could do differently?

🤖 GenAI roles: Read up on LLM or vision-based AI models and how they can fit into the company’s offerings.

🤝 Conflict resolution – Between individuals, teams, or conflicting priorities.
📣 Pushing for big ideas – How do you influence others to take action?
📦 Scoping & execution – How do you go from vision → MVP?
🛠 Development process – How do you manage from discovery → deployment?
📈 Measuring success – What key metrics (business + technical) do you track?

💡 Engineering-Specific Topics:

• Technical feasibility & trade-offs – How do you balance speed vs. scalability vs. cost?
